Boundaries are extremely essential in every kind of relationship. However, when we deal with persistent or difficult people, it becomes very challenging to keep setting boundaries. “In relationships where we know there is a high chance that our boundaries will lead to conflict or tension, many of us feel the need to explain ourselves. It’s natural because it hurts to be misunderstood, and we hope that by providing a good enough explanation, we can turn the situation around,” wrote Therapist Klara Kernig.(Pexels)
