It’s great for families, children and general nostalgia…

“If you have kids who love Nickelodeon and/or ‘Paw Patrol’ or if you have fond memories of the glory days of MTV, you need to be Paramount+ subscriber,” says previous HuffPost growth strategist, Adam Schubak. “Babysitting my niece and nephew has never been easier and when they go to bed, I get to revisit old seasons of ‘The Real World’.”

As a subscriber myself, I’ve been enjoying reruns of “Spongebob Squarepants” (no shame), “The Angry Beavers” and “Hey Arnold!” I’ve also been rewatching the “Scream” movies just in time for spooky season — a movie franchise I’m definitely nostalgic over.

HuffPost culture editor Erin Evans says she uses the service to tap into oldie but goodies and comfort shows: “The other day I went to the app because I needed a soothing show to watch and tapped back into ‘Daria.’ I love that there’s quite a few older shows from MTV and Nickelodeon on there when I just want something that feels familiar.”

…but it’s especially great for reality TV.

Evans also says she uses the streaming service to watch ‘Survivor,’ especially when it’s airing live. “I DVR it every week on my actual TV, but because the episodes are so long with the commercials, I usually just wait until Thursday afternoon to watch it on the streamer while I wrap up some work,” she says.

It’s also home to shows like “RuPaul’s Drag Race,” “Big Brother,” “Ridiculousness,” and “Catfish.”

Plus, adding Showtime grants you access to prestige TV.

With the no-ad Paramount+ with Showtime subscription, you get everything Paramount+ Essential has, with some premium content add-ons, prestige television and newly-released movies. This includes shows like “Billions,” “Dexter,” and “Yellow Jackets,” and the ability to download content and watch offline and exclusive live streams to sporting events like The Masters and the National Women’s Soccer League.

Hurry and sign up today to take advantage of this half-off streaming deal. Just make sure you sign up for an annual membership to take advantage of those steep savings.
