Often, we may feel some tension and anxiety in a relationship. It can happen for a variety of reasons. However, addressing them effectively can help us to maintain emotional and mental health. “Lowering anxiety in your relationships often has a lot to do with taking care of yourself and doing what you can to help make your relationship as healthy as it can be,” wrote Therapist Carrie Howard.
